Our Time and Materials (T&M) rates are for those businesses which want to call for service only when the need arises.   The cost is much higher for T&M service and any of the other options we have will save you money.  Any service call charges can be applied to any new service agreement.

  • Phone support billable in 15 minute increments.
  • 1-hour minimum applies to all on-site service.
  • Extended Hours service rates are 1.5 times the applicable rates. (Standard and Extended hours are shown on the next page.)

Standard Hours Emergency Service Call  

(Fee waived with Annual Service, Prepaid Packages or MSP Plans.)  

Fee (2 Hour response)…….(2 Hour Minimum)$125 Hr./Incident  

Full day discount (Eight-hour day)-5% discount, no trip charge within 25 miles.
