And many more services to help your company needs and save you money. You pay one low discounted hourly rate based on the number of hours you agree to each month. You are billed at the beginning of the month for your hours which can be used for any services we offer.
Additional hours used during a month are billed at the same low hourly rate. If you don’t use all of your hours in any given month, they are like cell minutes, they carry over to the next month. So you can easily budget projects and emergencies in to your agreement for an entire year.

Example: If your company has one server and four desktops, your needs could be as low as 3 or 4 hours per month. If you don’t use those hours, they carry over until they are used for emergencies, help desk calls, or new PC or server installations, etc.
If you have an emergency requiring many extra hours your rate is the same regardless of the number of hours.

There are many benefits to choosing an Annual Service Agreement as opposed to using our T&M rates. Our plans start with as little as two hours of I.T. support each month and the more hours you need, the less your hourly rate becomes. Choose your own discount rate by working with us to tailor a plan that includes only the hours necessary to properly maintain your business system. If you go over your hours in any given month, your hourly rate stays the same.
We can also assist you in making an accurate estimate of the monthly I.T. support hours that are right for your business with a network assessment report. This report provides you with an in depth analysis of your current network infrastructure.
You can use your plan hours, “As Needed” or on an on-site regularly scheduled basis. Your hourly rate never changes regardless of the task at hand. Your rate even stays the same when more expensive specialized services such as security, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), router or switch specialists, and even PCI or security compliance are needed.
We have many qualified professionals with various specializations for your individual network needs. This allows your assigned network engineer to use other resources without renegotiating an hourly rate for even more expensive services. Regardless of the specialty or skill level required to service your network needs, your rate stays the same and you save up to 40% off of our normal T&M hourly rates.
Why Use an Annual Service Agreement?
Discounted Rates Save 15-40%. Our support plans start with a little as 2 hours of I.T support each month. You pick your discount level and then commit to using that minimum number of I.T. support hours each month.
No Cost Network Analysis and Mapping
We make it easy with no extra cost to you to take over as your network service provider. Many times companies are reluctant to hand over the reins to a new company because they are worried how much time it will take for the new company to get up to speed on the complexities of their network.
We do this without billing you a dime for the time to learn your network. Immediately after you start your Annual Service Agreement, a senior network engineer will schedule an on-site visit to log, map your network, do network penetration testing, test for security issues, test for bottlenecks in the network components, and compile the information necessary to support your network environment.
The engineer will use the information collected to create a map of your network for other engineers and also provide a Network Analysis which will show you the current health of your network and all of its components, along with any recommendation we have to better your network.
This analysis comes in a report form and identifies weaknesses, problems, or issues the engineer found in your network. If there are items that should be addressed immediately we will bring those to your attention.
The report may also include recommendations for new technologies to help your business as well as ways of improving your business technologies that can save your business time and money over time.
Priority Emergency Support
There have been many instances where Microsoft released an update or a bad virus effected many businesses simultaneously in the Portland Area. Service Plan participants receive priority I.T. emergency support over non-participants.
Create and view service tickets via the internet anytime you want. Also, you can view or search past invoices’ and time records.
The customer portal can also save you money. All tickets and their resolutions are logged. So if you have the same issue reoccur, there is no need to call. You can search your old tickets and see if the resolution used previously will fix your current problem.
As Needed or Scheduled Maintenance Are Included
While remote support is often sufficient for effective network management, some clients require regularly scheduled on-site times to provide “as-needed” services. This could include setting up new workstations, training users, researching new applications or issues, etc. Plans hours can be used either on-site technicians or on-site engineers, depending on specific client needs as needed.
Unused monthly support hours may be rolled over to future months as long as they’re used within the current service plans.
Additional monthly support hours receive the same discount.
Upgrading Service Plan
Upgrade your service plan at any point during the service plan. New discounted rates will begin the 1st of the following month.
Downgrading Service Plan
Downgrading your service plan at any time, your new rate will begin the following month.
If your business changes don’t worry, your service plan can be terminated early any time.
Extended Standard Business Hours
To minimize network downtime, some work must be done in the evenings or on the weekends. Our “Standard” business hours are M-F 8am – 6pm, after which, rates go up for those without a Service Plan.
Service Plan participants receive extended service hours which are M-F 8am – 8pm, and Saturday 8am – Noon. This way you get the I.T. support you need without the added expense or overtime charges.
FREE Website & Email Hosting
All of our Annual Service Agreement customers enjoy free website hosting and if we needed we will host your email as well with your company’s domain name or one we can help you obtain at no additional costIn Summary
